The Elements of Psychosynthesis (free)

"A splendid book and well written. Mr Parfitt has made some of Assagioli's work much more understandable and simpler than Assagioli himself."
Edith Stauffer, President, Psychosynthesis International

The Elements of Psychosynthesis was originally published in 1990, this is the original with some minor adaptations. My brief from the publisher was to write the book on Psychosynthesis that could be easily understood even by the casual reader purchasing the book at an airport bookstand. I’m not sure if I succeeded in that or not, but the reviews I received were by and large complimentary and suggested I had indeed made Psychosynthesis available to a wider audience. After several reprints of the English edition, and translations into Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish and Slovenian, the book only went out of print when the publisher went out of business. In recent times ~I've seen copies for sale at silly prices, so the book is now FREE to download here.

"A good introduction to psychosynthesis, clear and easily understood."
Diana Whitmore, Founder, Psychosynthesis and Education Trust

"Will has done an admirable job of distilling the essence of Psychosynthesis into a communicable, palatable form. Having personally known Roberto Assagioli, worked and studied with him and associates for some twenty-five years, I can say that to attempt to crystallize such thinking is monumentally difficult. However, it needed to be done. In our harried and hurried world … one reaches out for 'compactness'. There is a real need to acquire sound basic knowledge of complex fundamental philosophy.
“The philosophy inherent in psychosynthesis is a series of blueprints designed to enlighten the individual so that he/she may see the architecture of his/her soul. And furthermore, learn how to build within the ‘house’ for the soul's residence. Mr. Parfitt has indeed designed and published such a series of plans and the reader will not be disappointed in using them and Psychosynthesis for his/her psychospiritual advancement. This slim volume is by no means the elemental end. Rather, it is a very much needed supportive beginning to the true elements of psychosynthesis."
